Works & Style
A contemporary ceramic practice exploring East–West cultural dialogue through organic, tactile forms, experimental surfaces, and an intuitive approach to function.
Organic forms
Guided by the rhythms and dents found in the natural world
TEXTURED GLAZES
Drips, ombres, pastel washes and unexpected surface play
FORM + USE
Designed with use in mind, shaped by aesthetics.
Material Play
Experimenting clay with mixed mediums and other materials
Cultural motifs
Patterns & symbols rooted by the meeting of different influences, translated into a modern ceramic language
Design thinking & Chicken scratches
As an experience designer, it’s intuitive to start my creative process with research and story-telling. Iterative processes are familiar grounds, I test and experiment like my life depends on it.
Sketches are how I visualise ideas, and pivoting along the way is a natural part of my crafting process.
